Line-up Sunday in the fantastic Main Ring We was picked out as the final six but not placed this time -but what a great show weekend !!!

JR: Our lovely Jack Russell SUCH Jackweilers Inspector Marwin did a good job in Finland and was 4th Championmale on Saturday, judge Cathy O'Neill, Ireland.
On Sunday Marwin ended up as 4th Best Male after he had won the Champklass, judge Hans Van de Berg, Holland

JR: Garraboo Miss Rose Best of Opposite in Växjö International
Whistlewood's Sweet Angel Mine attends puppy class in Växjö and Malmö
She ends up as  Best of Breed puppy in Växjö at the Int Kennel Club Show and best female puppy aged 6-9 months in Malmö Pup Show, both times with excellent critique.
Sweet Angel Mine is by our very nice male Garraboo Reign of Glory which we have a litter by at the moment. The mother of the litter is our very lovable Bambi Lee Savage, please have a look at thepuppy page>>

2009-05-02,03 Succesful weekend in Denmark On Saturday the Danish Basset Club  had a Club Show for all the Basset Breeds. Shiroblam First Slip was chosen as Best in Show! His offsprings Whistlewood's Acey Mac and Whistlewood's Red Esther both got excellent. Judge was wellknown Kenneth Edh, Sweden
Sunday was Crufts Qualification at the Danish Kennel Club International Show in Aalborg. Shiroblam First Slip was BOB and placed 4th in the houndgroup. Whistlewood's Acey Mac won the juniorclass with an excellent and then was placed 3rd best male behind the two Champion males. He got the CAC and is now also qualified for Crufts 2010,

2009-04-22 Happiness in the welping box. Whistlewood's Sweet and Savage got five little Jack Russell pups. Three baby boys and two lovely little girls. They are sired by the handsome Garraboo Reign of Glory


2009-04-17 Welcome Garraboo Blazing Saddles & Garraboo Blazing Patch
Once again we have been trusted to get two little lovely fellows from Cathy and David Godden, Garraboo Kennels, in Australia. Blazing Saddles "Hoss" will stay with us and "Patch" will live at Saxon Hills Kennels. We are very grateful to have these boys in Sweden and are looking forward to see them grow up. They are both full brothers to the very upstanding Garraboo Miss Rose
